Overview
The Center for Personal Development (CPD) was founded in the District of Columbia (DC) in April 2023, and its operations launched in July. CPD exists to help professional women in transforming, enhancing the conditions of life, and thriving.
CPD is formerly Diamond Deeds Leading Ladies (DDLL), a nonprofit mentorship and enrichment organization established in June 2016. CPD’s programs are the cornerstone of DDLL’s concepts, frameworks, and principles.
CPD offers three diverse services: (1) coaching services, (2) hosting and facilitating events, and (3) speaking engagements.
CEO Bio
Sabrina E. Shorter was born on April 18, 1972, and raised in the District of Columbia (DC). She attended DC public schools and received Post-Secondary Education at the University of the District of Columbia, where she concentrated on General Studies. She earned an Associate of Arts in Foundations of Business from Phoenix AXIA College and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix. Sabrina E. obtained her Professional Life Coach certification from the Transformation Academy; she is a life coach practitioner specializing in Personal Development Conditioning (PDC).
Sabrina grew up in the southeast section of DC, where she was an underprivileged youth, teenager, and young adult. She employs the extensive knowledge she gained from her spiritual awakening, overcoming darkness, conquering the lost state of being, and resolving emotional trauma to perform work that aids people in ascending.
Her immense passion for inspiring, empowering, and adding value to human beings derives from ascertaining her purpose to serve others, and her allegiance to assisting others succeed is unwavering.
Sabrina E’s top professional accomplishments are establishing Diamond Deeds Leading Ladies mentorship and enrichment and founding the Center for Personal Development life coaching practice.
She highlights the significance of PDC as an approach to becoming your best to achieve success. Assisting people to identify, acknowledge, and defeat emotional suffering is one of her top interests, as she has vast compassion for anyone who has experienced any form of trauma (abandonment, abuse, neglect, and favoritism in families) as it can impede progress and growth—personally and professionally—if it is not identified and resolved.
