Overview

The Center for Personal Development (CPD) is a life coaching practice founded and based in the District of Columbia. We are a District of Columbia Certified Business Enterprise (CBE).

CPD is formerly Diamond Deeds Leading Ladies (DDLL) Mentorship and Enrichment established in 2016. DDLL functioned as an after-school program serving middle and high school females. We expanded our services to reach all four stages of youth age.

Our innovative programs are designed to focus on developing the entire female and each aspect of her life.

Sabrina E. Shorter was born on April 18, 1972, and grew up in the southeast quadrant of the District of Columbia (DC), where she resided as an underprivileged youth. As an underserved adolescent and young adult, she lacked access to quality programs that prepare young people for success.

Ensuing her personal transformative experience, she developed a passion for inspiring young females and aiding them with their personal development.

Sabrina E. attended DC public schools and received Post-Secondary Education at the University of the District of Columbia. She earned an Associate of Arts in Foundations of Business from Phoenix AXIA College and acquired a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix. Sabrina obtained her Professional Life Coach certification from the Transformation Academy.

Sabrina E’s top professional accomplishments are establishing Diamond Deeds Leading Ladies Mentorship and Enrichment and founding the Center for Personal Development.

The drive to launch this life coaching practice emerged from a composite of Sabrina’s commitment to adding value to the lives of young females who long for a positive shift—but do not know what to do first or next and her unwavering personal mission to live and work with a purpose.

Sabrina has vast compassion for young females who have undergone any form of trauma (abandonment, abuse, neglect, or favoritism in families), as it can impede growth—personally and professionally—if not resolved. Her top interests are helping young females identify, acknowledge, and overcome emotional brokenness and suffering.

Our primary purpose is to offer youth age females Personal Development Conditioning to aid them in becoming their best for personal and professional success.
